However, when deployed across an entire small group, purchasing premium paperback materials individually for every participant can become cost-prohibitive. 2. How One Group License Works A standard group license is designed to equip one small group of up to 12 participants for a specific course. Each group license typically includes: Printable student workbook PDF licenses for each participant (Students may optionally purchase a paperback workbook if desired) One shipped paperback student workbook (leader reference copy) One shipped leadership companion guide (leader facilitation copy) Printable certificate of completion templates Full access to Leader Portal implementation resources (Available to Leader Partner Members) No additional materials are required to launch a group once a license is secured.
